Lost or Stolen ATM/Debit Card
If you wish to report a lost or stolen debit card, please contact Tri-State Bank of Memphis during normal business hours. After business hours, please call 1-888-297-3416 (you must be able to provide enough information to identify your card/account). You may also use your Online Banking account to cancel your card in the event that you lose your card. Be sure to check your account activity and notify the bank immediately if you have any suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
Activate your New Debit Card
You have a couple of options to activate your ATM or debit card. You may simply conduct a PIN based transaction using the PIN that is mailed following your card. You may also use the Bank-By-Phone service by selecting the card services option or calling 1-888-891-2435.
We have ATM present at the Whitehaven Branch location and 1407 Union Avenue (located on the outside entrance). Our customers may also use any ATMs that are on the MoneyTower Network at no charge.
- A personal Checking Account is required.
- Visit your local branch to sign up for your new card or open an account.
*Covers U.S.-issued cards only. Visa’s Zero Liability policy does not apply to commercial card or ATM transactions, or to PIN transactions not processed by Visa. See your Cardholder Agreement for details.
**Cardholders should always regularly check their monthly statements for transaction accuracy.
