NetTeller Online Banking™ is the system we use to provide online banking. We call it "Tri-Line”. NetTeller, an online, real-time Internet banking solution is the system used by Tri-State Bank of Memphis. NetTeller is a product of Jack Henry and Associates, who is the bank’s core data processor company.
The most commonly used Tri-Line capabilities include access to account balances and history; one-time and recurring funds transfers; account statement viewing and downloads; self-directed research; transfers for loan payments and downloads of account information into personal financial management solutions such as Quicken® products and Microsoft® Money.
The online capabilities can also support the management of personal settings including email address, security, page set up and password changes.
